The NETA Certified Electrical Field Test Technician will inspect, test, collect data and maintain electrical equipment at client sites. The equipment includes switchboards, panelboards, transformers, cabling etc. Technicians will work with electrical equipment, such as SF6 & vacuum circuit breakers, pad mount transformers/GSU transformers, grounding, instrument transformers, and other protective devices.
Responsibilities:
- Low, Medium, and High voltage switchgear and circuit breaker testing.
- Testing medium-voltage cables – Tan Delta, Power Factor, VLF, DC Hipot.
- Power transformer testing – Doble, TTR, Insulation Resistance, etc.
- Test both electro-mechanical, microprocessor and solid-state relays.
- Consult manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering personnel to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems and determine optimum equipment functioning.
- Prepare and maintain reports detailing all tests, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and clean equipment and components.
Qualifications (Required):
- Previous level 2, 3 or 4 NETA Certification.

Position Overview:
Citrine is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering efforts on a variety of federal and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in tasks such as creating electrical studies, produce detailed electrical design drawings, and evaluate existing electrical equipment.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead the electrical design for multi-discipline projects ranging in scope size from $500,000 to $8 million. Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical Engineer to provide advanced capability in the design and analysis of complex mechanical and control systems, as well as testing and balancing performance. This role will require a high level of technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on complex commercial and industrial projects.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform detailed load estimating utilizing computer software simulations. This includes knowledge of building construction materials, meeting outdoor air requirements for indoor air quality, and understanding internal heat loads (e.g., lights, computers, equipment, etc.).
- Apply and select various types of HVAC equipment, including air handling units, fans, coils, condensing units, and furnaces.

- Perform plumbing design which would include familiarity with plumbing codes and specific requirements for sanitary sewer, vent piping, storm sewer piping, and domestic hot and cold-water piping design.
- Develop construction document packages based on project requirements and application. This includes project coordination with other disciplines (structural, architectural, and electrical), directing drafting personnel, and reviewing project construction documents.
- Write job-specific equipment and materials specifications.
- Attend and conduct client meetings to clearly understand job/owner requirements and expectations, including project review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings.
