Elizabeth (Liz) Poe
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Poe has a combined 25 years of Military, Federal, and Government Contracting experience including Military Intelligence and Training, Air Defense Artillery, Nuclear Weapons, Facility and Personnel Security, Human Resources, Program Management, and a variety of Engineering and Business Management projects. Liz earned a master’s degree in Business Management, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and numerous certifications throughout her career.
Liz is a Veteran of the United States Army and has a wide range of expertise that highlight her unique experience, skills, and education. As a Veteran, Liz is equipped with valuable skills such as Leadership, Discipline, Teamwork, and Adaptability. Liz is well known for her open-door leadership strategies and organized business planning. Liz is also the recipient of several military awards and proudly served during Operation Enduring Freedom.
Jeff Abbate
PE, PMP, CESCP, BCxP
Chief Engineer
With over 24 years of experience, Mr. Abbate is an industry expert in projects involving engineering and construction. Jeff has experience in detailed engineering, construction, project management, estimating, scheduling, cost and change control, and construction management ranging in size from $50,000 to over $650 million. Jeff is a licensed professional engineer in over 23 states and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
Jeff also has several years of electrical safety and arc flash expertise and is a member of various organizations. He is recognized among his peers as a performing, approachable, team leader with insightful perspectives for successful project execution.
Shannon Rasmussen
PE, PMP, CSEP, CCM
Chief Engineer
Mr. Rasmussen has 24 years of experience performing project management, detailed engineering, construction management, procurement, and quality control. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a licensed professional engineer, holding licenses in six states.
His experience includes performing engineering quality oversight, vendor quality surveillance, field inspections, engineering and construction quality audits, and the development of quality procedures and standards in various industries and projects including oil and gas, generation, commercial, and government agencies. Shannon's knowledge also includes natural gas, crude oil, and fuel oil facilities supporting projects from conception to close-out. He leads with integrity while balancing a driven approach.
